    your bmi at 124 is actually perfect, it’s 21.3. healthy bmi is 18.5-24.9. if you lost 20 pounds and you were at 104 pounds, your bmi would be 17.8, which is actually UNDERWEIGHT and UNHEALTHY. i think what you really want to do is tone, because if you do lose 20 pounds and don’t tone, you’ll still be unhappy, in addition to underweight. i’d suggest researching some ab exercises and leg exercises. try some core stuff. also do cardio. just want you to be healthy. :)
