This is my weight loss challenge for Spring 2010! My goal is to help & motivate others to lose 10-15 pounds in two months while I do this myself. Who will win?
One person will win the grand prize, which is the gift certificate, 1-on-1 with me, and your story on my channel with video footage.
The top finalist (# based on how many people enter, will receive a mention on youtube as well (but not the video footage).
The overall winner will be based on 2 things and my judging will be the following:
60% motivation & determination
40% actual results

To be eligible to win, you must have completed all 3 videos successfully. So you have to follow my example formats that? I have and will post showing me your results. You can do your OWN plan or mine, which I will post today.
