I’m new to watching this channel, but you do very informative videos, and this heleped me a bit with my journey as far as a clarification or two :)

I agree you do good, in formative videos.

I know what you mean about having a trainer there hovering over you. I guess I am odd because I feel stronger, mentally and physically, WITHOUT a trainer there. I suppose it is a “control” or self-consciousness issue.

And yes it can be uncomfortable conveying your needs to your restaurant servers. Most back of the house restaurant operations are sadly unscrupulous and a joke unless you are fortunate to be able to go to a well-run and thus often pricey establishment and even then there are no guarantees as to quality and professionalism of the staff…Oh well…

i’ve had two type of restaurants, the rude and unaccomadating and the ones that will bend over backwards for dietary requests, i do ask to speak to the manager and/or head of the kitchen….

the worst thing ive found about eating out as a vegetarian is the amount of cheese put in veggie meals, its a lazy option for restaurants to just put a plate of pasta covered in full fat cheese in front of you
