Today I talk about my weight gain, and how important it is to observe the patterns in your life that cause disordered eating. It’s easy to let the days, weeks, months, and even years go by without stepping back and looking at ALL of the areas of your life that provide your lifestyle nutrition. And when that happens, our health can often be part of life that takes the hardest blow. Over the last 6 months, I have gained a lot of weight. I take total and full personal responsibility for every pound, and I’m not discouraged (okay, maybe a little discouraged) but still moving forward on my journey. I am exploring What’s On My Plate, and seeing how when major areas of my lifestyle nutrition become out of balance, the trickle down effect winds up scrambling every other part of my life, including the order of my eating. This is part of my story.
