*Speed up your workouts and circuit train-Circuit circuit training can really ignite your fat burners in minutes. Understand with circuit training your going to really raise that heart rate so start lite or keep the rep range low to make sure you finish. Choose 5 excercises and a rep range and run through all of these excercises without stopping.
Maybe Squats,Push Ups,Jumping Jacks,Mountain Climbers,Sit ups, and Frog Walks. Choose a time frame Or rep range and repeat for 20-30 minutes. Now this is hard so start with a low intensity. But temeber to always increase it your intensity as you go…
